Baby Boot Camp, Corporate Boot Camp IT'S NO WALK IN THE PARK More like a brisk morning jog/power walk, a sandbox strengthening challenge, or a cross-training park adventure. LFS boot camp transforms Victoria's beautiful outdoor parks into the ultimate workout space. With expert instructors and engaging whole body workouts tailored specifically to meet your fitness level, it's like recess used to be: invigorating, breathless, and fun! tHE RIGHT KIND OF MOTIVATION To get real results that last, you need a powerful motivational force and a solid plan. There are plenty of ways to eat right and exercise, and you probably know most of them. So why is it so hard to get started or stick it out long enough to see your body change? Perhaps what is missing is the right kind of motivation, a fool proof environment, or someone to hold you accountable to do what you said you were going to do. Using the tools provided in our fitness and nutritional boot camp, your success is practically guaranteed! FESSING UP & GETTING CLEAR First of all you will need to get really clear about why you would like to change your fitness/image/body. Why do you want to be fit? What is important to you? Do you desire more confidence, energy, or happiness? To create new habits you will need to connect them with your deepest values and beliefs. Before embarking on the LFS boot camp experience you will not only need to be really clear about were you are today (physically, nutritionally, energetically, etc), but you will also need to be clear about where you want to be at the end of the course. This kind of clarity of the past, present, and future "you" will become your fuel or driving force to create new habits and a new body. In boot camp, you get the opportunity to fess-up and get clear about the things that are getting in your way, things you would love to change, and things that you are really proud of. This connection will not only drive you to "show-up" but it will also act as the fuel. AT THE TOP OF THE TO-DO LIST Those who succeed in transforming their bodies all have one thing in common. They put themselves at the top of their "to-do" list everyday. Boot camp will help you make yourself a priority, all you need to do is show up! It takes a month or two to lock-in new habits and sometimes longer for the deeply engrained ones, but if you are not ready to put yourself first for the next 45 days this program is not for you. You will need to make a commitment of at least 4.5 hours a week for exercise and about 5-10 minutes a day to plan your nutrition. Yes! that is it. |
