sCHEDULE LFS boot camp offers classes in various locations in the Victoria area. Feel free to mix and match your class times and days to meet your scheduling needs. If you miss a class, you will have the entire duration of the program to make up any missed classes in any of the times we have available. Choose from one of classes listed in the table below: Each class is 1.5 hours in length. Space is limited to 26 people per class, please call or email to register for your class as soon as possible. We must receive payment in full to hold a space for you. Note: The stared classes (*) are a "Blast Class" with no nutritional component. It will be a 1hour intense class on mondays, Wednesdays and fridays. This class is limited to a maximum of 16 people. WINTER TIMES Jan-March 9thth Boot Camp Intensive

SPRING BOOT CAMP A: March 27th to May 7th 2011Send your metabolism soaring with our break through ultimate sculpting plan. (12 weeks). SUMMER BOOT CAMP: July 3rd to July 30thMaintain your muscles and enjoy Victoria's beautiful outdoors with our summer beach workouts and much more! (6 weeks). FALL BOOT CAMP B: November 6th to December 5th 2011Last chance to rev up the metabolism before holiday feasting begins. This boot camps helps you control the candy cravings of Halloween and will teach you how to eat without gaining weight during the holidays. There will be 3 strength workouts plus a group cardio on Saturdays (5 Week Intensive 4 days a week) FALL BOOT CAMP COMBO: September 11th to Dec 5th 2011 WINTER BOOT CAMP 2012: TBABeat the Winter Blues.
